Located 29 miles south of Havre on the Chippewa Cree Recreation Area the Bear Paw Ski Bowl offers a variety of terrain for advanced, intermediate, and beginner skiers. The top of the ski hill is just over 5,900 feet, with a base elevation at 5,000 feet. The Bear Paw Ski Bowl offers a unique opportunity for residents of the Hi-Line and others. From snowshoeing and snowmobiling, to cross-country skiing and downhill skiing, the Bear Paw Mountains have it all. With over 20 different runs and trails, Bear Paw is an affordable adventure for the entire family!

Big Sky Resort

Big Sky is located midway between Bozeman and West Yellowstone, in southwestern Montana. Big Sky Resort opened in late 1973. In October 2013, Big Sky Resort became the largest ski resort in the United States by acreage with 5,800 acres and a vertical drop of 4,350 ft. In July 2013, Big Sky Resort acquired 200 acres on Spirit Mountain, previously a private ski mountain for Spanish Peaks members, which is accessible by chairlift. In October 2013, Big Sky Resort acquired the terrain and facilities of Moonlight Basin Resort, a neighboring resort that shared the Northern Exposure of Lone Mountain.

Blacktail Mountain

Blacktail Mountain is on the west shore of Flathead Lake overlooks Lakeside, Montana. It's an hour and a half from Glacier Park International Airport and the train depot in Whitefish. Bridger Bowl Ski Area
